About Us
Kylie is a Heart-Led Healer and Whole-Life Mentor with nearly three decades of experience in corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and holistic healing, who shares the tools and learnings that changed her life!
Kylie is a co-founder and former CMO of Autosports Group, which is an ASX 200 listed automotive company, where she excelled in advancing high achieving teams and individuals, with clientele who have high expectations, to reach their desired outcomes. Kylie has also developed innovative marketing strategies, CRM systems and data-driven channels, as well as cultivating corporate culture, enabling the successful expansion of the whole business.
Now a certified Master NLP, Breath-work, Reiki Master, Spiral Practitioner and Sound Healer, Kylie is passionate about supporting people to unlocking their full potential, both personally and professionally. Kylie says, "My mission is to make a difference to people's lives by bringing awareness, lightness and peace. I thoroughly enjoy bringing people together to share their stories and life journeys, allowing us to ultimately learn from one another and grow in powerful, connected ways".
Clare Nickson combines global finance expertise with a passion for empowering women to shape the future of wealth and impact. With a career spanning London, New York, and Sydney, advising leading financial institutions, boards, and start-ups, she now guides visionary women to navigate uncertainty, make bold decisions, and step into influence and growth. Currently completing a PhD in Finance on decision-making under radical uncertainty, she is also a sought-after advisor in sustainable innovation and impact investing.
Clare is deeply drawn to art and is passionate about helping people reconnect with joy and self-expression through painting and creative exploration.

Retreat Terms & Conditions
Cancellation:
a) We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if full payment is not received on time. We may also reschedule the Retreat or Experience for reasons including insufficient registrants, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, your payment (excluding the deposit) may be transferred to another Retreat or Experience within 24 months.
b) By You. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. If cancellation occurs before the Payment Due Date, payments will be refunded except for the Deposit. If cancellation occurs after the Payment Due Date, the full amount is forfeited. Alternatively, you may transfer your booking to someone else, though this has been arranged by you.
Use of Written and Photographic/Video Material: Please reach out to us personally and before the retreat, to indicate if you do not consent to us using any written material, ie feedback forms, testimonials or any photographs/videos taken by us in which you may appear. These may be used for marketing purposes on our behalf.
