Currently completing a PhD in Finance on decision-making under radical uncertainty, she is also a sought-after advisor in sustainable innovation and impact investing.

Kylie Pagent is a Well-Being and Transformation Coach with nearly three decades of experience in corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and holistic healing. As co-founder of  the publicy listed Autosports Group as well as a certified Master NLP, Breathwork, Reiki, and Spiral Practitioner, Kylie now supports people in unlocking their full potential — personally and professionally. Her mission is to help others return to joy, light, and peace, and lead from a place of deep inner alignment.
