Thank you for securing your space at the Connect.Nurture.Radiate Immersion 11th-15th May 2026

Payment: Once your online registration is complete, you will receive payment details. To secure your place, a $550 non-refundable deposit is required, with the balance due 2 months (60 days) before the start date of the retreat. Deposit is non-refundable and required to secure booking.

Cancellation a) We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if full payment is not received on time. We may also reschedule the Retreat or Experience for reasons including insufficient registrants, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, your payment (excluding the deposit) may be transferred to another Retreat or Experience within 24 months.
b) By You. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. If cancellation occurs before the Payment Due Date (2 months prior to retreat), payments will be refunded except for the Deposit. If cancellation occurs after the Payment Due Date, the full amount is forfeited.

Use of Written and Photographic Material: Please reach out to us personally, and before the retreat, to indicate if you do not consent to us using any written material, ie feedback forms, testimonials or any photographs taken by us in which you may appear. These may be used for marketing purposes on our behalf.
