Thank you for securing your space at the "Connect.Nurture.Radiate - Awaken your deeper path" immersion 11th-15th May 2026

Payment:  To secure your place, a $1555 non-refundable deposit is required, with the balance due 2 months before the start date of the retreat (11th March 2026). Deposit is non-refundable and required to secure booking. 

Pay deposit via link below or once your online registration is complete, you will receive payment details.

Cancellation:
a) We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if full payment is not received on time. We may also reschedule the Retreat or Experience for reasons including insufficient registrants, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, your payment (excluding the deposit) may be transferred to another Retreat or Experience within 24 months.
b) By You. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. If cancellation occurs before the Payment Due Date (2 months prior to retreat), payments will be refunded except for the Deposit. If cancellation occurs after the Payment Due Date, the full amount is forfeited. Alternatively, you may transfer your booking to someone else, though this has been arranged by you.

Travel Insurance: We know things sometimes just happen, but exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. This is why it is imperative to get travel insurance as soon as you have paid the deposit. Please make sure that natural disasters and personal injuries are covered. We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early.

Use of Written and Photographic Material: Please reach out to us personally, and before the retreat, to indicate if you do not consent to us using any written material, ie feedback forms, testimonials or any photographs taken by us in which you may appear. These may be used for marketing purposes on our behalf.
